The Kenmore features 93 apartments in the former Kenmore Hotel building, a majestic, sprawling Victorian building of decorative brick masonry, balconies and roof cresting, constructed in 1878. The building was completed restored in 2020 and features parquet wood floors, modern matte black cabinetry and marble bathroom finishes.
