The Turner Bros. Lofts is located Niagara St., a downtown corridor that is undergoing a rapid transformation. The building was founded as a soda and bitters factory in the mid-19th century, and then transformed into a storage facility. As a historic renovation project, many of the building’s original industrial features have been adapted into the new design with exposed ductwork and brick in the lofts. Each space features elegant finishes such as granite countertops and engineered hardwood throughout. Lofts include in-unit washers & dryers and stainless steel appliances, while the building offers a full array of amenities like on-site gated parking, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck, with popular eatery Ru's Pierogi on the 1st floor.
