Brookside Hills Apartments is a 64 unit multi-family complex located in Spring Lake, North Carolina. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a laundry facility located on the property. All of our apartments are smoke free and are subsidized under the section 8 Program through the US Department of HUD. Brookside Hills is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, places of worship, and an Elementary, Middle and High School. We have a Resident Services Coordinator on staff that is available to assist in job placement, resume writing, computer training as well as other resident activities and functions.
