At Cornelius Village Apartments we are in the heart of the older section of town known as Olde Mill Village. We have a total of 30 units, 16 three bedroom units and 14 two bedroom units. We enjoy easy access to Interstate 77 which connects to Interstates 85 and 40 in 15 to 30 minutes. Many shopping areas can be found within 5-10 minutes in Cornelius, Mooresville, and Huntersville. Cornelius Village Apartments is a family property that is subsidized by U.S. Department of HUD. Applications can be picked up from the leasing office or mailed to you if you call and request one be sent to you. We look forward to seeing you at Cornelius Village soon.
