The apartments are all one level, one bedroom, one bath. They are approximately 700 sq.ft., with a living room, galley kitchen, storage room, washer/dryer hookups, and patio. We are within walking distance of downtown, several drug stores, the library, the police department, and the Sampson County History Museum. Our mature landscape provides a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing on your patio or just walking to the mail kiosk. The head of household must be 62 years or older or disabled. We do a credit and criminal check on all applicants, but there is no fee. The rent is based on the combined income of all occupants who live in the apartment.
