Park Terrace Apartments is the redevelopment of the former Clara Cox Homes, a now demolished High Point Housing Authority public housing community. Phases one and two of the revitalization effort include 172 affordable units for families and are comprised of one, two and three-bedroom garden apartments and three bedroom town houses. It includes a community building with management offices, computer center, community room, fitness room and laundry facilities. Additionally, the site amenities include a pool, gazebo, picnic areas, outdoor sitting areas and two children's playgrounds. Units include fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer connections, patios/porches, comfortable living spaces, closets and storage.
