Modest apartment community in Cullowhee near Western Carolina University WCU. Apartments are older and well maintained. Due to the price point and proximity to campus, most residents are undergraduate students however some, due to the affordability, are non-traditional students or non students. Due to the age and being on a septic system the apartments do not have washer and dryer hookups. There is, however, a laundry about a half a mile away called Suds Your Duds.
