Sierra Gardens is an elderly/handicapped/disabled property of 32 1&2 bedroom apartments. We have secured entry. Rents for a one bedroom are $395 or $440. Two bedrooms are $475 or $500. Each unit has refrigerator w/icemaker, Stove w/self-cleaning oven, microwave and stackable washer/dryer. We also have a large washer/dryer for large loads. We have a community room with a small kitchen for community events or personal get-togethers. We have a library with a computer for residents. Water/sewer and trash pickup included in rent. Each unit has a patio or deck. We have two central lobbies and an elevator. We have units totally equipped for wheelchair access. 24 hour maintenance.
