Love where you live in a pet friendly neighborhood. University Place offers one and two-bedroom apartments for Senior persons, age 62 and over. Rent is based on your income and is subsidized under the Section 8 program through the U.S. Department of HUD. All 150 units have an attached patio for personal outside enjoyment and an emergency alarm system that can be activated from the bedroom or bathroom. One-bedroom units have a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. Our community is located near several shopping centers, a hospital, food markets, banks, churches, a community park, and Senior Center which offers a number of activities for the elderly.
