This grand historical building was built in 1911 and was renovated in 1998 into 3 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom apartment homes. This building was named after the architects that designed it - George and Walter Hancock. Along with our features we have an underground link to a Fitness Center, Dining Service, and a Chapel. We also have a city transportation bus and Meals for Seniors. We want to make sure your stay with us is an enjoyable one.
