The Arch is a 7-story mixed-use building located in downtown Fargo, ND right next to Gateway by EPIC. Construction began in Summer 2021 and will be completed in Fall 2023. The Arch will be a focal building of the downtown experience by adding additional living to the area. The Arch will have 2 floors of apartments, 3 floors of condos, 1 floor of parking, and 1 floor of commercial space.
