UJ Place

About

UJ Place is a 5-story mixed-use building in Jamestown, ND. It was developed in partnership with the University of Jamestown and is located right on campus. UJ Place was completed in August 2020 with 13,000 square feet of commercial space on the main floor and four levels of residential housing above. Designed with the student body in mind, UJ Place brings both residential and commercial space to Jamestown in a modern and contemporary approach. UJ Place has 56 apartment units featuring dark wood cabinets, orange tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an accent wall, and underground parking.
