Arbor Park Village is a community that is the culmination of the positive change that happens when federal, state, municipal and local government entities work together with schools, churches, businesses, architects, builders and most importantly, area residents to impart positive change to breathe life back into the area. In July, ‘09 the Learning Center at Arbor Park Village was awarded Model status by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's ("HUD") Neighborhood Networks, one of a very few centers across the nation to receive this status!
