There is a new manager there as of march 2024. The rent was raised from 540.00 to 600.00 starting feb. 2025. There is a note rent for people making over 2000.00 a month. It was 661.00 and now raised to 750.00. She cares nothing for the people there. "Find a different Apartment.". I would not suggest living there. Its not worth the money.
