About

Ellet Development is a cozy Senior Housing building with one and two bedrooms suites in the heart of the Ellet neighborhood in Akron. Its central location allows residents easy walking access to local stops such as the library, shopping, restaurants, parks, churches and the community center. Our social services coordinator works with these local establishments, as well as others, to provide information and events, including Bookmobile visits and a shopping bus. Inside the complex, we offer a variety of amenities for residents including billiards, community room, library, wellness, and laundry rooms in addition to a Resident Council run store.
