About
Find-A-Way Apartments offers subsidized one bedroom apartments for adults with developmental disabilities who wish to live independently. In order to get on our waitlist, you must have a qualifying developmental disability. LADD staff are on site daily. (LADD stands for Living Arrangements for Adults with Developmental Disabilities). Rent is based off of annual income and is recertified annually. The leasing office is open 8a-4p Monday-Friday. We have a current 8 year wait list, however, we are still accepting applications.
