The Kipton buildings are comprised of 218 apartment homes featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom flats that range in size from just over 700 sq. ft. to 1,400+ sq. ft. Along with designer selected finishes throughout including ceramic tile, granite countertops, wood plank flooring options and stainless steel appliances, residents also enjoy access to the Yard Club amenity building. The Yard Club is a 13,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a fitness facility, outdoor resort-style swimming pool and spa, and a community room. In addition, the Kipton buildings are pet friendly, have convenient parking options and include access to the Residents at the Yard VIP program.
