Lytle Trace is HUD subsidized housing for seniors 62+. Non-smoking building. All apartments are one bedroom. Lytle Trace is 2 stories with an elevator. We have an onsite laundry facility. You are allowed to have one small pet. Rent is 30% of gross income per month. Electric, water and trash is free. We operate from a waiting list. The number on the waiting list can vary.
