Please be aware of new construction on the route to SOMO Flats. If traveling from US-23N, follow the Detour to Sterns Road Exit 1 to come South US-23 & exit Monroe St. SOMO Flats is J.C. Hart Company’s newest apartment community coming to Sylvania, OH with pre-leasing beginning in October 2020 and move-ins beginning in December 2020. In partnership with our co-developer Republic Development, Phase I will house 206 apartment homes, a clubhouse, pool and underground parking. The units will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Phase II will eventually become a 13,000 square foot building for commercial use.
