  “First off, lets start with the fact that they show an apartment with brand new carpet and updates then you move in and get none of that. the first question I asked the property manager was if it was a safe secure place. She assured me it was, but only after a few months of being here my car and my room mates was broken into and at least 1500$ dollars worth of stuff was gone in theft/damages. The manager did not care at all. We received a letter saying the parking lot security was stepped up even though there had never been any to begin with. The sound proofing is horrible. You can hear the upstairs people doing it and the downstairs people blaring music at all hours. Not to mention that the smell of weed is so bad in the hallways that it stinks up my whole apartment anytime I open my door. Completely awful. Cannot wait to get out.”
