The Fairmont Creamery

Situated between Tremont and Ohio City, the Fairmont Creamery is a dynamic community that grew out of a once abandoned 1930s creamery and former chrome plating facility. The building was converted into thirty apartments and six commercial offices in 2014. Today, it offers a variety of units ranging from efficient studios to spacious two bedrooms. Every unit features large windows, modern amenities, and historic elements such as concrete beams and exposed, yellow-glazed brick. Underground garage parking is also available.
