Thank you for your interest in the Troy Street Apts! You will love it here! We offer studio apartments that feature fully furnished rooms that include a bed, microwave and compact refrigerator. The only things you will need to bring are your personal belongings and a television. All utilities are included. High speed internet is provided at no additional cost. 40 security cameras maintain a highly safe place to live. We follow HUD rules for room rates with all utilities provided. A room for one person is $743 per month. An extra person is $100 additional. The deposit is $400. Pets are $35. Rents are prorated. We have a seniority system that allows residents to bid on upgraded rooms as they become available as long as rent is current.
