Affinity Properties officially started in the summer of 2008 and specializes in multifamily housing/ apartment complexes. Affinity means “a natural draw or magnetism.” Our desire is for people to be drawn to our business, just as everyone is drawn to the Creator. With the Lord’s blessing and a lot of hard work, the two apartments that we originally bought has grown to 11 complexes and over 250 different families we serve. Our biggest advertisement comes through word of mouth as we strive to provide each family, a peaceful, safe, and clean environment. We do genuinely take interest in each family we serve and do our best to offer 2nd mile service while balancing fairness.
