With convenient highway access to anywhere in the city, our apartments feature a big closet, built in storage, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and garbage disposal. Rent includes gas, water, trash, sewer & $50 per month electric bill with no utility deposits. Property amenities include on site management, laundry room and swimming pool access and free, off-street parking. Our income requirement is 3X rent, with proof of income. 600+ credit score. No felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. $35 application fee. Move in cost is first month's rent + a month's rent for security deposit. Stop by to apply!
