Utica, our apartments feature a big closet, built in wardrobe, a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and garbage disposal. Rent includes gas, water, trash, sewer & up to $50 per month electric bill with no utility deposits. Property amenities include on site management, access to laundry facilities and a swimming pool and free, off-street parking. Please visit our manager's office at Victor South Apartments from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday!
