Today, the building consists of 32 floors with 8 levels of parking and offers a 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility with spin and yoga rooms, a resident lounge, library, catering kitchen, internet cafe, sundry shop, movie theatre and conference rooms for resident use. 2016 also brought a new, resort style swimming pool, landscaped courtyard and outdoor cabana equipped with gas grills, fireplace , lounge area and televisions for watching the big game.
