Completed in 1927, The Charlotte Rose Apartments is the sister of Sara Ann Apartments just a building away. This stately building incorporates spacious living spaces within three stories. It is located less than one block from the NW 23rd shopping area in the Alphabet District and just two blocks from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital. Intimate hallways have a period charm leading to the apartment entrances that will be richly enhanced with faux finishes and updated lighting. Most apartments are adorned with vintage light fixtures on high coved ceilings that warmly supplement the natural light from the large windows.
