We are a small, unique community of just 45 apartments. Built in 2005, our modern community is located in a nice, quiet area of unincorporated Clackamas County - just a stone's throw away from Portland, Milwaukie, Clackamas and Happy Valley. While our community remains quiet and peaceful, conveniently close by there are an amazing number of shopping options from quaint little stores to big-box retailers...diners and restaurants from fast food to fine dining...grocery stores big and small and services of every imaginable kind. Many of these great places - including Clackamas Town Center - are within walking distance, while I-205 and 204 are just a few minutes away.
