Hollyhurst is unique in the Bristol Urban Apartments portfolio. Primarily single level apartments, this property was built in two phases. The first phase was completed in 1929 and the other years later in 1960. The earlier building is a two story stucco with 2 apartments and a garage that certainly breathes of Portland’s early history. The second phase is definitively Mid-Century Modern and comprised of generously appointed single level 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with their own front and back entrances. There is definitely something here for everyone! Each apartment has hardwood floors and most baths boast colorful tile some of which is original.
