The Lu Don Apartments on SE Bush is a small family owned apartment community. We have 18 apartment homes made up of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom units. Our manager has been with the company and has lived onsite since 2012. Our apartments are loaded with features like full size appliances (range, fridge, disposal), energy efficient windows with blinds through out, full size bathrooms with shower/tub combo, zonal heat, ceiling fans (most units), large dedicated water heaters and tons of closet space. Our community offers on site laundry, off street parking, garbage and recycling, designated smoking area, extra storage, emergency maintenance, online tenant portal and more!
