A venture into Mid-Century Modern architecture, Milan Apartments is a stunning example of modern simplicity and elegance. The clean lines and sleek layout are a nod to the Bauhaus tradition. Comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, each unit has been renovated in 2015 with consideration to the 1960’s in which it was built. The rich colors of the Ikea cabinetry contrast well with the quartz counters and are complemented by the stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher. Newly installed hardwood floors are throughout the apartment. Bath floors have been newly tiled to accent the tile showers. Unique to the design are the tall doors and wall of windows at the front and back of the apartment that allow for light and privacy.
