The small quiet 35 unit complex at the very end of Evans Street in McMinnville. Its walking distance from downtown. The complex features only two bedroom units with in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, electric range and garbage disposal. pet friendly. Please come by and have a look for yourself.
