With only 17 apartments in the building, Raleigh 17 is a unique building with a stately brick façade tucked into the bustling Northwest District. The charming arched entry leads to a keyed vestibule with tile floors in keeping with the style of the architecture Each of the apartment has been maintained and some updated keeping in mind the original charm of the 1927 building. The interior of the apartments are warmly outfitted with vintage lighting, shining hardwood floors and large paned windows. Primarily studios, the floor plans are well laid out with kitchens separate from the living area and most featuring a dining area off the kitchen.
