Sister to the Charlotte Rose Apartments is the Sara Ann. It was completed in the same year of 1927 but one will notice the differences in the details of the building on the exterior. It is uniquely clad in a dark brick and has a more elaborate façade in keeping with its Italianate style. This is a three story building comprised of spacious 1 bedrooms and studios. Sara Ann’s hallways have been recently renovated to feature a beautiful color palate of Northwest hues. Woodwork has rich faux work to mimic the original trim color. New lighting creates and intimate glow to light the way to your door. The entry tile has been exposed to show the original warm yellows and gold from the early 20th century.
