This newly built permanent supportive housing complex has 51 studio units, all subsidized with Project Based Vouchers. Located on Martin Luther King Boulevard, in Eugene, Oregon next to both Lane County Behavioral Health and Community Health Center primary health care. This complex utilizes a Housing First Supported Housing model with supports available 24 hours a day through an array of on-site providers.
