Placed on the National Historic Registry, this property was built in 1909. The marble stair case entry and prominent bay windows add elegance to the period brick façade. The historic feel of the building is evident the moment you walk through the front door as it has been restored to maintain that ambience. Each apartment is unique, spanning 4 levels. The interiors feature hardwood floors, and large period windows. In the kitchens, in addition to some of the authentic cabinetry, the original dumb waiter has been made useful as storage.
