717 on Orange was a 3 year rehabilitation project on a fantastic brick building built in the early 1900's on the east side of historic downtown Lancaster. What started out as normal re-build project for Jim and Kerry Bushong after a tragic fire destroyed most of it in January of 2019...morphed into a well orchestrated and carefully thought out building design that culminated in what is now a premier upscale rental destination that is arguably one of the most amazingly redone rental buildings in Lancaster City.
