Butler Arbors is a Project-Based Section 8 high-rise building located in the heart of Butler, PA with 119 one-bedroom apartments. Our building is designated for elderly and persons with disabilities and is smoke-free. Each unit includes a refrigerator, range, and wall to wall carpeting. We have onsite management, maintenance, and resource coordinator, as well as onsite laundry facilities, multiple large community rooms, and an exercise room for residents to enjoy. Our building is located within walking distance of Father Marinaro Park, and within minutes of Save a Lot, Butler Food Mart, Butler Memorial Hospital, and much more!
