Graystone Court

Graystone Court was developed in January 2000 to provide services to older adults with moderate incomes. The management at Graystone Court believes that there is a need to provide quality, affordable housing to those persons seeking a safe, and maintenance free home. Graystone Court began by building moderately priced housing for independent living. The first project for this newly formed company was the renovation of the former Adams Elementary School abandoned when the community built new facilities. Graystone Court liked the location because it was situated in a residential neighborhood and it provided an opportunity to retain some of the history of Tyrone by keeping the former school intact.
