Built in 1978 in honor of Mr. K. Leroy Irvis, K. Leroy Irvis Towers is a 190-unit Project-Based Section 8 high-rise apartment building in Pittsburgh, PA designated for elderly and persons with disabilities. Each one-bedroom apartment includes a refrigerator, range, central air conditioning, wall to wall carpeting, and a private balcony. We have onsite management, maintenance, community assistant, multiple community and recreation rooms, a computer learning center, laundry facilities, and even lunches provided by the Hill House Senior Center. We’re located just minutes away from the Consol Energy Center, PPG Paints Arena, August Wilson Park, downtown Pittsburgh, and much more!
