Welcome to la Cour! This boutique mid-rise building in Francisville is brand new and currently leasing. La Cour features fourteen 1 bed / 1 bath apartments. The name is inspired by design influences from the historic French Quarter of New Orleans and Old City of Philadelphia. With a focus on outdoor living, we are offering both the courtyard (la Cour) and the roof deck. Both spaces will incorporate elegant greenery and functionality for the community of la Cour. Art plays a pivotal role as we feature a multi-story mural by Marco Santini. We look forward to meeting you!
