Prime Property Group is alumni owned and has been serving Penn State students with off-campus housing and parking rentals since 2002. With numerous properties in State College, we are sure to have something that meets your needs. All of our properties are within convenient walking distance to campus with none further than 5 blocks away. Our properties consist of single family homes that can be rented by a large group and larger homes that have been split into multiple units. We offer parking on site at all of our properties which may be included in your rent or offered at an additional fee. We are a locally managed, small company that stands by our customer service. Your satisfaction with your residence is our goal!
