Perrysville Plaza is a Project-Based Section 8 apartment building with 100 one-bedroom apartments in Pittsburgh, PA, and is designated for elderly and persons with disabilities. Each apartment includes a refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, air conditioning, private balcony, and an extra large bathroom.
