Towne Towers is a Project-Based Section 8 apartment building with 100 one-bedroom apartments located in Oil City, PA, and is designated for elderly persons. Our building has onsite management and maintenance, onsite laundry facilities, a community room with a full kitchen, a lounge, and mailboxes located in our lobby.
