About
West Chester University student housing and apartment rentals is an alumni / privately owned family business. The building is a nine unit student housing complex, originally a late 1800’s Victorian home. We have fully restored the property with all the latest amenities, including wood floors, new appliances, new cabinets, laundry, plumbing, wiring, windows, parking, granite counters and included flat screen TV’s and Wifi. The property consists of seven single apartments and two quads.
