About

Our beautiful community is located in Seneca, South Carolina and offers independent living for residents over 62 years old mobility impaired residents over 18 years old. We have 36 self-contained one-bedroom apartments with living/dining room, complete kitchen, bedroom and one bathroom. We also have 12 efficiency apartments with a kitchen, bathroom and living/dining/bedroom area. Select units are equipped for residents with disabilities. Residents enjoy activities in a beautiful community room and also have access to county transportation.
