Foxwood Apartments is 48 unit affordable family housing apartment community located in Kershaw, South Carolina. The property consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The apartment community includes many diverse amenities including a modern and spacious clubroom with a Neighborhood Networks Computer Center, playground and many natural wooded areas which surround this beautifully appointed community. We are conveniently located close to several restaurants, shopping and local Fairfield County schools. Foxwood provides decent and affordable multi-family housing for those who qualify for HUD Section 8 assistance. All of our units are subsidized under the HUD Section 8 program and monitored as well by USDA Rural Development.
