Thank you for your interest in Hancock Ridge Apartments! Our community is operated under Section 42 of the LIHTC Program of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate and middle-income families. Our spacious two and three bedroom floor plans were carefully designed for your convenience and comfort. Each apartment home is fully equipped with washer/dryer connections, self- cleaning range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Each apartment also provides a large patio/balcony with an additional storage area.
