Independent Living for Seniors & Persons with Disabilities Holiday House of Trenton is an Income-Based Independent Living Community for the Elderly (62+) and/or Persons with Disabilities. The building is comprised of 52 one Bedroom Apartments, with 3 units designated Handicapped Accessible. All units include range and refrigerator. The laundry facilities are located on the first floor. The salon, activity room, and kitchen are located on the second floor. Outdoor spaces include a grill and a dog area. We offer medical alert pendants with no monthly charge to tenants, full-time maintenance staff, and an onsite Resident Assistant for emergencies.
