Union Gardens is located on the outskirts of Ogden with shopping, restaurants and bus lines nearby. Balconies help afford beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The community room, lobby, and laundry areas have been recently remodeled. Many social activities give residents an opportunity to make new friends. Union Gardens is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.
